「nahm」念起來像「喃」，在泰文的原意是水，位於新加坡女富豪

Christina Ong在曼谷COMO飯店的泰菜旗艦店，Christina Ong除了

COMO以及Halkin飯店集團，還掌握了半條倫敦邦德街(Bond Street)

地產，更是新加坡航空和時尚品牌Mulberry的大股東

行政總主廚是來自澳洲的David Thompson曾研習泰菜三十年，與曼谷結下不解

之緣，收集許多百年食譜，在泰菜界有舉足親重的地位
